Art Class is a creative process The Messenger Center utilizes to help students gain insight into themselves as they learn to address personal issues, develop healthy social skills, learn self-management of certain behaviors, and combat stress and anxiety through creative processes.
Who should attend?
Anyone working through family or relational conflicts, mental and emotional problems, social and emotional difficulties as well as trauma and grief.
Is there an age limit?
This class is geared for students aged 12 through senior adults. If you have a younger child you believe would benefit from this project, see your teacher for information on private sessions.
What is the cost?
Fees are $20 for the first class and $10 for each successive class. Fees include most art supplies but occasionally additional fees will be required for optional special projects.
Registration is requested.
